Sign Up Sheet for Volunteers for Bass Masters

THE DAY’S ACTIVITIES:

The Event Begins at 10:00 am We suggest all volunteers arriving by 9:45 am to assist in helping our Guests from the vans and Busses in the Parking lot to the Benches and chairs Lakeside.

When Fishing begins we assist our guests by: Baiting hooks, casting lines, taking fish off the hooks and best of all filling in the Fishing score cards with the number of fish caught and the weight.

Some Volunteers will be assigned to the BBQ Grills (burgers – dogs etc.) as well as drinks and deserts.

We will also have Preassigned Volunteers to work the Bait (worms) and tackle table to hand out the fishing poles and bait. For added Fun and excitement there will be a Hayride and a DJ playing tunes, as well as an Awards ceremony at the end of the Fishing day to reap the rewards from the great catches of the Day. (fishing volunteers we suggest bringing a cloth or rag to handle the fish and bait as well as wear a hat for protection from the Sun.)

Kids who volunteer will be given certificates that will be useful for any Community hours they may need for School, Church, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts etc…..
