APPLICATION
The Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council #2842 is awarding two, $2,500 scholarships to eighth- grade students graduating in June 2024 continuing their education at a Catholic High School.
Applicant must submit the following.
1. The applicant shall provide the applicant’s American Testronic scores, or the test scores from the standardized Catholic high school admissions test, administered by the Archdiocese, or school grades.
2. Essay about themselves
3. Community service activities
4. List of school clubs
5. Extra-curricular activity participation
